There was even a Don Quixote there, he was dead still until someone put a coin in his down pipe :-) :-) then he'd suddenly lunge forward with his lance as if to attack, making some people scream, then dead still again until someone was brave enough to give him another coin.
The male one in these pictures would pose to have his photo taken with people, sometimes licking his lips, some children were too scared to stand beside him, the female one was a goddess and her manner was much more gentle. . . She also posed for photos. . . But had a much smaller crowd. Statue busking is very common here.
