Saturday 4th May (only! ?!?)

How can so much have happened in such a short space of time? 8pm I said Adios to my host family, Cari, , Rodo, Elisa y Massimo. I was their first couch surfer.  It was still day light and I was glad of it for the writing on my mapa was small.  2 hours later I arrived at the Autobus Estacion, walking the last half hour in steady rain and increasing darkness (mi mapa is a bit of a mess now an stuck together ... perhaps we won't be using that one in September when Frances comes.
I found an automated ticket dispenser but it wouldn't take cash-then after debate I consented to using my visa card. ..then it wouldn't accept that either. Now only minutes til the bus leaves I found another ticket dispenser 2 floors up! It accepted cash! I booked for Santander.  Gosh it was nice to sit back in the warm bus (now being 10pm) & dry out-the heater was going.
