In Leon you. ..3...

Will hear the deep throats of the numerous enormous bells hung high that have seen more depth of history than I can imagine.  (can you spot the Stork's nest?)  Spanish greeting one another the way Spanish do - first kiss on the right cheek then on the left ... Never the other way around.  Bronze statues silently conveying a variety of messages, some clear others obscure.  Couples passionately kissing- unabashed - is also a common sight. 
Deep narrow alleyways often full of life and invitation.  An occasional beggar, sitting on the stone paving, leaning against an ancient wall, tin nearby.
